1. Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
2. Prepare & submit project Instrument & Electrical equipments (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing (GADs) & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.
3. Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document
submission schedules regularly.
4. Create aggregate BOM of Instrument & Electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.). Ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.
5. Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement,
6. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS, Purchase
and production to ensure smooth progress of project.
7. Intern department (TSS, PM & PS, Purchase) co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of documents without commercial impacts (LDs, penalties etc.) if applicable.

B. E. - Mechanical / Production with 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience
