Senior Executive - Operations & Sourcing

As a Procurement and Operations Executive, your role involves ongoing project execution of purchase orders and follow-up until the delivery of materials. You will be responsible for end-to-end customer order management for import, export, or domestic supply, including interacting with manufacturers and suppliers to negotiate commercials. Your tasks will include preparation, acknowledgment, and issuance of purchase orders, tax invoices, pro-forma invoices, and schedules within definitive timelines. Additionally, you will review and coordinate artwork approval, interact with clients and suppliers" supply-chain/operations or logistics team, and place orders on suppliers while ensuring timely production and dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, track, and dispatch shipments of final products according to customer requirements - Manage projects in alignment with other cross-functional teams - Prepare all export/import related documentation in coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, etc. - Request quotes, compare prices for maximum ROI, and negotiate contracts for pricing and supply - Organize and update the database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies - Handle product complaints like return of rejected materials and obtain replacements or refunds Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and sourcing - Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills - Understanding of basic concepts of purchase In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure efficient communication with stakeholders.
