Job Description

Senior Executive - Operations and Service
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of cash policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the authority matrix at branches in the assigned area.

Daily cash collection, updating, and deposition.

Preparing daily cash collection reports and sending the same to Head Office.

Checking and updating agency collection.

Attending walk-in customers, solving their issues, and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction level.

Coordinating with Head Office/TCS to resolve customer queries within TAT.

Reporting location cash and customer service details on a daily basis.

Cross-selling insurance and other products to walk-in customers.

Collecting customer feedback about our service and products.

In some locations, credit personnel are also responsible for handling LC responsibilities.

Branch admin related work to be done with the help of the admin manager as per company policy and requirement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Capable of interacting with customers and collection agencies.

MBA with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience working with a reputed bank or financial institution in consumer financing.

Positive attitude and team player.
