Job Description

Handling operations work starting from size trial for uniforms at school till distribution/exchanges are complete. Ensure that all information related to Size and Measurements is obtained on time and accurately, and pass on the same to the Operations team Liaise with Process Coordinators in Operations , keep them informed of Customers requirements relating to Schedule of delivery, follow up actions to be taken to meet the requirements, and organize deliveries at the Customers’ end Liaise with Process Coordinators with the Operations team and keep them informed of any alterations to delivery schedules as required by Customers, complaints relating to Quantity Sample, Quality of supplies made, any Rework that may be required, Returns that are made and follow up with them for necessary actions Ensure that deliveries are effected accurately, and on time, and that issue of uniforms is carried out efficiently without errors Be present at the time of issue of uniforms at specified institutions, coordinate issue related activities, and deal with related issues should they arise Stay in touch with Customers during the entire Order Execution stage and post Order execution in order to build sustainable Relationships
