Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Executive at AllLines.org, your role will be central to enabling smooth, accurate, and competitive NVOCC Customer Support across the platform. You will act as a pricing expert and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring high-quality execution of trade listings, bid evaluations, and customer interactions. This position is ideal for someone with sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of pricing dynamics in the NVOCC industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of market trends, pricing strategies, and client requirements to inform pricing decisions. - Recommend appropriate pricing strategies based on trade route and market demand, in alignment with internal platform guidelines. - Review and validate pricing inputs submitted by Principals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness before listing activation. - Serve as the first point of contact for pricing-related inquiries from internal teams or Principals and Agents, offering quick and reliable resolutions. - Maintain detailed documentation of all pricing interactions, historical decisions, and learning points for future reference and audit. - Identify recurring pricing or transactional issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions. - Mentor junior support team members and contribute to building best practices around pricing and transaction management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in pricing, trade operations, or transactional support within the NVOCC sectors. - Strong knowledge of trade routes, freight pricing structures, and commercial dynamics in ocean shipping. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a service-oriented mindset. - Proficient with data tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems to interpret and present pricing data clearly. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple listings and support tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,
