Job Summary

This role focuses on achieving revenue and growth targets for mid-market advertisers in the assigned category. As a Senior Executive you will be part of a team of front liners, while building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, and delivering customized solutions acrossJioStar extensive Digital and TV platforms. The role also expands the JioStar client base and strengthens its position as the go-to partner for innovative advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry under the Mid market portfolio. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar

  • You will be Jiostars ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.
  • You will be expected to understand Indias Digital & TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStars ad solutions and capabilities
  • You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes
  • You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision
  • You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc.
  • You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts

Skills & Attributes for success

Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations atdeal level.

Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelors/Post Graduate degree with 4-6 years experience. The ideal candidate should be from Digital Ad. Sales background
