Senior Executive - Marketing Analytics

As a Meta Ads Specialist, your role involves planning and executing ads on Meta platform in collaboration with the Content Team to achieve set objectives and targets. This includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, optimizing budgets, and aligning targeting strategies with content marketing goals. Your responsibilities also include conducting monthly competitive analysis across Beauty + Fashion industries, tracking key trends, consumer behavior shifts, and innovations to enhance the company's Content Marketing strategy. This cross-functional aspect of the role requires collaboration with teams across Social, SEO, and Site. You will be in charge of gathering, analyzing, and reporting key performance data for all Meta-based advertising campaigns, as well as supporting organic performance data. This involves setting up dashboards on a Social Media Analytics tool, reporting accurate campaign metrics, and providing benchmarking for a precise analysis. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads & Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Digital marketing / Ecommerce experience is a plus. - Proven experience in Social Media Analytics and reporting of social media data. - Ability to assess the impact of spending, analyze data, and derive actionable insights and recommendations. - Familiarity with metrics such as Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPV, CTR. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
