Senior Executive - Marketing Analytics

You should have at least 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with digital marketing or ecommerce experience considered a plus. It is essential to have proven experience in Social Media Analytics and reporting Social Media Data. Your role will involve assessing the impact of spending, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights and recommendations. You should also be able to understand metrics across the funnel such as Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPV, and CTR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing ads on Meta platforms, working closely with the Content Team to assess and define objectives. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting campaigns within Meta Ads Manager to ensure optimized budgets and targeted strategies aligned with content marketing goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with monthly mapping of competition and trend tracking by conducting competitive analysis across Beauty + Fashion, identifying key trends, consumer behavior shifts, and innovations to enhance the company's Content Marketing. Collaboration with teams across Social, SEO, and Site will be required for this cross-functional role. As part of your role, you will gather, analyze, and report key performance data for all Meta-based advertising campaigns and support organic performance data. Setting up dashboards on Social Media Analytics tools and reporting accurate campaign metrics, along with benchmarking for analysis, will also be part of your responsibilities.
