Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Senior Executive - IPQA to lead and oversee in-process quality assurance across all stages of manufacturing and packaging for cosmetic and oral care product lines This is a critical role in ensuring that our products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform in-process quality checks across manufacturing, filling, and packing lines Lead and conduct line clearance, environmental monitoring, and process audits Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and production protocols Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) Analyze deviations, non-conformances, and support CAPA implementation Train and guide junior IPQA staff on quality practices and documentation Monitor key product parameters (pH, viscosity, weight, appearance) during production Collaborate with Production, R&D, QA, and QC teams to support continuous improvement Participate in internal and external audits and assist with documentation for regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Education:

B Pharm / M Pharm / B Sc / M Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related discipline

Hard Skills:

Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic regulatory standards Experience with BMR/BPR review, in-process testing, and batch documentation Ability to handle deviations, risk assessments, and root cause analysis Skilled in maintaining QA documentation and audit readiness

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset Leadership and team mentoring capabilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:

4 to 6 years of IPQA/QA experience in cosmetic, personal care, or oral care manufacturing
