Senior Executive-Invoice Processing

**Job Description:** You will be working in a SAP environment with T-code knowledge and experience in a shared services or customer-facing environment. Your responsibilities will include understanding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/DTP), utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of VIM-SAP will be an added advantage. You should be confident in handling multitasking and have the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Exercise control on open GRIR, open Advances report, and critical vendor report - Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner - Manage escalations from vendors and conduct periodical reconciliation of Statement of Accounts - Assist in month-end closing processes - Possess working knowledge of Direct Taxes (income tax TDS) and Indirect Taxes (GST) - Create data trackers for monitoring activities - Ensure SLA timelines for processing AP Invoices are met - Utilize AP Ageing Knowledge to address debit balances promptly - Take care of timely reversal and rectification processes - Identify opportunities for automation of manual processes **Qualifications:** - Graduate or MBA/Post Graduate Bachelor in commerce **Additional Information:** You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders within the organization and external partners.,
