Senior Executive - Interior Design

Primary responsibilities:

• Ensure the area of the site is as per AutoCAD drawing and designs while considering the accurate carpet area is freeze
• Perform the preparation of civil construction documents in keeping with the firm’s design philosophy and ensure all civil work is carried out as per designs and company's requirement
• Ensure timely and accurate planning of all facilities, assets and fixtures for new site as per standards defined in AutoCAD drawings with minute detailing
• Enable effective implementation of entire planning. Create drawings in both 2 and 3-dimensional form
• Identifies potential space issues and provides recommended solutions. Participates in fixture review meetings for remodel and new stores
• Identifies potential space issues and provides recommended solutions. Adjusts floor plans based on business initiatives and trends
• Design floor plans, elevations, and realistic renderings with the help of software

Experience : 1 Years to 3 Years

Education : B. Arch. / Diploma in Interior Designing

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to work
• Preferred prior experience in AutoCAD architecture, designing and drafting
• Strong team relationships by working closely with the Project Manager
• Good organizational, self-management and goal setting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and good understanding of store layout
