Senior Executive, HVAC & BMS

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of utility equipment, as well as the qualification, preparation, and qualification of such equipment. Additionally, you will be involved in various project executions as per the organization's requirements. Your role will also include maintenance and breakdown activities related to HVAC, Water System, Plant utility equipment, and machineries. You will perform preventive maintenance activities of plant utility machinery as per the PM schedule and respective SOP. Furthermore, you will assist engineers in the installation and commissioning of plant utility machinery. It will be your responsibility to generate tools and part requirements for daily breakdowns and preventive maintenance. You must immediately inform your superior of critical breakdowns and report daily breakdowns along with their corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Execute installation and commissioning of utility equipment - Qualify and prepare utility equipment - Execute various projects as per organization requirements - Perform maintenance and breakdown activities related to HVAC, Water System, Plant utility equipment, and machineries - Conduct preventive maintenance activities of plant utility machinery according to the PM schedule and respective SOP - Assist engineers in the installation and commissioning of plant utility machinery - Generate tools and part requirements for daily breakdowns and preventive maintenance - Inform the superior immediately of critical breakdowns - Report daily breakdowns and their corrective actions to the superior Qualifications Required: - Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive - Degree: Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering - Location: Palli - Experience: 4 to 10 Years,
