Senior Executive, HVAC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including maintaining a daily activity log of the HVAC system. Your role will involve attending and monitoring the Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) activities and alarms. Additionally, you will be attending to preventive and breakdown maintenance of the HVAC system, performing and recording scheduled activities, cooperating with technicians for routine tasks, reporting daily activities to your superior, and coordinating with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) and team members to ensure the quality output of the HVAC system.
