1. Develop, implement & maintain HR Policies & procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
2. Ensure all compliance as and when required as per labour laws.
3. Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle.
4. Handle inspector of factories all forms including agreements & fire licenses.
5. Visit to our dairy chilling centre & handle employee's grievances.
