Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 3 years of
hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage daily accounting
entries, perform reconciliation of receivables, generate ageing reports, and
coordinate collection follow-ups with clients. The ideal candidate should have
strong analytical and communication skills and be proficient in accounting software
and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting entries related to accounts receivable and
collections.
Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts and bank receipts.
Prepare and update AR ageing reports on a daily/weekly basis.
Follow up with clients for overdue payments, ensuring timely collections.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and collections.
Coordinate with sales and billing teams to address invoice-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and payment
commitments.
Support month-end closing processes related to AR.
Prepare and share MIS reports related to AR performance.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies in AR transactions.

Candidate Requirements

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter)
2 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliation, ageing, and collections

Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software
Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and under tight timelines

Reporting To: Manager Accounts/Finance
