Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

As a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts at our company, you will play a crucial role in the finance team by utilizing your strong hands-on experience in general accounting operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will allow you to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage non-routine accounting tasks with minimal oversight. - Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams for AR/AP reconciliations. - Generate intercompany (IC) invoices in JDE and coordinate with IC partners. - Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Prepare and review statutory books and assist in internal audit processes. - Provide necessary records and clarifications during audits. - Collaborate with colleagues, assist management in assigned tasks, and contribute to process improvements. Additional Expectations: - Strong knowledge of tax filing. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative. - Ability to support the manager and team members as needed. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities. - Foster a team-oriented mindset with flexibility to help peers across departments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in commerce is required. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE.
