Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting professional at our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate processing of employee reimbursements, credit cards, petty cash, and various month-end closing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for GST and TDS compliance, as well as general compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and process employee reimbursements, credit cards, and petty cash. - Perform month-end closing activities including accruals, prepaid expenses allocation, reconciliations, and reporting. - Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, reconcile GST input/output, and stay updated with GST law changes. - Deduct TDS as per applicable sections and rates, file quarterly TDS returns, and ensure timely deposit of TDS. - Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and tax regulations, assist in audits, monitor internal controls, and identify compliance risks. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA Inter or equivalent preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), GSTN portal, TRACES portal, Advanced Excel, and reconciliation tools. - Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving mindset, effective communication, and time management skills.
