About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Executive to own day-to-day accounting, reporting and compliance for our India and overseas entities. You will blend solid core-accounting skills with exposure to international marketplaces and regulations, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate GL, AP and AR ledgers in SAP/Tally; prepare journal entries, accruals and reclassifications, and perform monthly bank and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and year-end closes (Ind AS / IFRS); consolidate multi-entity financial statements, perform variance analysis and compile management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow, KPIs).
• Update 12-week cash-flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, and manage payments, fund transfers and hedging documentation.
• Liaise with consultants for VAT/GST, 1099, W-9 and other international filings; support transfer-pricing, BEPS and inter-company transactions filings
• Reconcile revenue, fees and settlements from Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok and other marketplaces;
• Automate routine reconciliations using Excel/Power Query; assist in SAP/Tally master-data hygiene;
• Communicate financial results to leadership and department heads; partner with auditors, banks, customs agents and tax advisors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Commerce graduate and semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) or equivalent (ACCA/CMA).

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on finance & accounting experience, including at least one reporting cycle with international operations.

Systems: Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO) and Tally; advanced MS Excel (lookups, pivots, Power Query).

Technical skills:

• Sound knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and basic US GAAP concepts.
• Working exposure to international VAT/GST, withholding taxes and FEMA.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash-flow modelling and financial-statement preparation.

Soft skills:

Excellent written & verbal English, proactive problem-solver, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Plus:

Knowledge of export incentives (RoDTEP, SEIS, DBK) and customs documentation.
