Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical trends and business drivers. Create optimized schedules that align with forecasted volumes and ensure coverage across all shifts. Monitor real-time performance metrics (adherence, occupancy, shrinkage) and take necessary action to mitigate variances. Provide real-time intraday management to ensure service levels are met. Analyze staffing trends and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports and dashboards. Collaborate with operations to adjust plans based on changing business needs or unexpected events. Participate in WFM tool implementations, upgrades, and system testing.
