Process and review employee benefit claims, including Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance and Group Personal Accident.
Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
Track claims and update clients regarding their claim status.
Assist in case of claim escalations, rejections, or disputes.
Act as a point of contact between clients, hospitals and insurance providers.
Educate clients about policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Conduct awareness sessions for corporate employees on insurance benefits.
Arrange and attend client meetings at regular intervals.
Organize wellness activities in corporate settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of insurance policies, TPA processes and medical terminologies.
Excellent problem-solving and persuasive abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & Email Writing.
Ability to handle customer grievances effectively.
