1. Ensure timely and accurate TDS payments and filing of TDS returns for all applicable entities.
2. Assist in preparation and coordination of Tax Audits; provide required schedules and documentation to auditors
3. Support Income Tax assessments by preparing necessary documents, liaising with consultants, and ensuring compliance with notices.
4. Handle Trust-related direct tax compliances, including filings, documentation, and record maintenance.
5. Maintain and update records for all direct tax compliance, including statutory registers and ERP data.
6. Monitor changes in Indian Direct Tax laws and ensure adherence to updated regulations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Payroll, Legal) and external advisors to resolve tax-related queries and issues.
