Senior Executive Digital Marketing

Position:

Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Executive Digital Marketing

1. Strategy and Planning

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine strategies.

2. Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI (click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
  • Work with internal teams or agencies to design and launch campaigns.

3. SEO & SEM

  • Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content, meta tags, and backlinks.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and improve quality scores and performance.

4. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely publication across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the content team or freelancers to create blogs, videos, and social posts.
  • Grow and engage followers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

5. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment mailing lists, personalize content, and analyze open/click rates.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead nurturing.

6. Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track campaign performance.
  • Generate reports on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data.

7. Team Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in managing junior marketing team members or interns.

8. Website & UX Optimization

  • Collaborate with the web team to improve user experience and site performance.
  • Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion.

9. Budget Management

  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget.
  • Track spending and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

10. Staying Updated

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
