Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets of the assigned region, ensuring PL Roll Back Targets/PSBL collection targets and meeting the target on cost of collections.

Control delinquency and focus on write-off accounts.

Ensure documented feedback is maintained.

Ensure execution of legal tools such as Section 138/arbitration summons and warrants in coordination with the legal team.

Comply with audit queries.

Ensure adequate feet on street availability region-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for Collection Officers/Agencies/DMAs, monitoring performance, and conducting weekly reviews with collection executives.

Ensure background and reference checks of agencies/DMAs being appointed.

Constantly evaluate DMAs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives.

Support collection officers in legal and police matters.

Drive Champion Champion collection initiatives successfully in the field.

Visit random customers as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduation with 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, or MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Bias for action and ability to drive results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Affirmative nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of computers.
