Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets for the assigned region, including meeting PL Roll Back targets, PSBL collection targets, and cost of collections goals.

Control delinquency and focus on write-offs.

Ensure documented feedback is maintained.

Coordinate with the legal team to execute legal tools such as 138/arbitration summons and warrants.

Ensure compliance with audit queries.

Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability region-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage productivity by setting parameters for Collection Officers, Agencies, and DMAs; monitor performance and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.

Conduct background and reference checks for agencies and DMAs being appointed.

Continuously evaluate DMAs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for Collection Executives.

Support collection officers in legal and police matters.

Drive successful CHAMPION CHAMPION collections in the field.

Visit random customers as part of due diligence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduation with 7 to 8 years, or MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong people management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of computers.
