Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • The role holder is responsible for managing and handling customer complaints; on-time submission of 8D to the customers
  • Analyzing internal rejections and facilitating to prepare CAPA
  • Coordinating the Daily Work Management (DWM) System of Quality
  • Managing operations efficiently
  • Reviewing quality records (Soft copies through ERP & Hard copies of documents)
  • Validating quality MIS reports
  • Adhering to customer visits, focusing on training and development of team members, and hand-holding TQM projects
  • Reviewing the effectiveness of the calibration System and establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) across BUs
  • Managing vendors
  • Preparing and coordinating for TQM and Quality Review
  • Handling of IR issues (Quality Function) in coordination with Manufacturing & HR
  • Handling of safety-related activities to improve the profit of the organization, as well as to retain the customers in the long run

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from a Steel background and currently in Nashik or willing to relocate to Nashik location.
