Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations at vendor premises in line with SOPs laid by the Management
• Aligning team to deliver the daily deliverables as per SOP
• Immediate execution of the business rules as and when changed
• Managing operational activities in terms of completing Productivity within TAT and increasing the quality percentage.
• To review staff performance periodically and coach the team effectively.
• Conducting brain storming sessions to identify the root cause of errors.
• MIS requirement fulfilments as per the management requirements.
• Review staff performance periodically and coach the team effectively
• Support team for reconciling the transactions and complete the process on daily basis to ensure 100% coverage of the transactions.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Handling the daily process, monitoring the team, and regulatory requirements
• Should be able to handle escalations and resolve them amicably
• Ensure and monitor day to day deliverables within the agreed TAT
• To ensure data security at Vendor premises

Professional Skills:

• Excellent command on English & Hindi - both verbal and written.
• People Management Skills.
• Root Cause Analysis of the error report.
• Good knowledge in MS Office / MIS preferable
• Should be capable of multi-tasking and Should have basic knowledge of Mutual Fund processes
• Analytical and methodical approach to resolving the issues
• Should have the ability to interact at all levels
• Should be proficient in Hindi

Experience & Educational Qualification:

• Team management skill.
• Any Graduate
