Senior Executive- Company Secretary

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in the Secretarial Department, your primary responsibility will be to handle all Company Secretary activities. Your role will include drafting Notice, Agenda, and Minutes of Board, Committee, and General Meetings. You will also be responsible for independently maintaining Statutory Registers and Records of the Company, ensuring compliance with Secretarial Compliance, LLP Act, and Companies Act. Additionally, you will oversee CSR activities and manage the conversion of the company into LLP and LLP into Company. Monitoring day-to-day affairs of the Company and mitigating regulatory and compliance risks will be crucial aspects of your role.
