Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases: planning, execution, & handover
• Develop comprehensive project delivery plans covering men, materials, money & methods
• Ensure timely availability of materials and motivate project teams
• Oversee contractor management and contract compliance
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams and external agencies
• Conduct periodic project reviews with senior management

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in group housing & high-rise (G+14) construction
• Prior experience with

  L&T

  or Project Management Consultancies (PMC) preferred
• Proficient in construction control, quality, budget, and reporting systems
• Sound knowledge of material testing and construction standards
