Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Processing of New Business and Preprint quality check.
Policy pack printing, summary preparation and coordination with the printing partner.
Reconciliation of policy pack printing summary & validation of summary.
Reporting and closure of business challenges/production issues on a day-to-day basis with IT.
Processing of the Reprint / Duplicate policies request.
New Product and Process Change Request UAT for New Business, and Ensure Testing and implementation of technological initiatives related to New Business.
Discrepancy data & PPQC error Validation.
Reconciliation of PDF generation VS. PDF uploading status.
Daily reconciliation of issued vs. push to CKYC data. Manual movement of CKYC cases.
Good communication, presentation and mentoring skills with distinguished abilities in developing training plans, procedures and service standards for business excellence

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation /Post-Graduation from a reputed institution.
3-4yrs Years of experience in Insurance, Back End Operations and Branch Operations Support
Strong understanding of insurance terminology and an in-depth understanding of insurance concepts and prevailing guidelines
Experience in back-office process management will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office.
