You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience on Instamart. The role will be in the central team based out of Bangalore. There are multiple teams youd be working in this role, including but not limited to Category.
• Help improve the user experience and be a custodian of the consumer first guardrails.• Identify the right consumer need-state and map the right assortment via search, merch and browse• Enhance discovery and navigation journey for consumers• Develop highly relevant hyperlocal and segmented campaigns to maximize conversion with healthy basket sizes• Work with design solutions and merchandising operation teams to set up high-quality user journeys.• Help build monetization and creative trackers.• Track campaign performance
• A belief that consumers come first.
• Understanding of online consumer behavior, merchandising & experience in B2C product development.• Strong analytical skills, willing to experiment and solve problems based on data.• Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.• MIS skills, should know how to run snowflake queries• Comfort in working in a high-growth and high-performance team with a fast pace.• Prior experience of at least 2 years in either of Storefront/Homepage, Demand Shaping, Loyalty and Retention, Category Marketing or Visibility Management roles.
