1. Calibration of test and measuring equipments periodically as per the procedure.
2. Planning and arranging for procurement of gauges and instruments as per new requirements and for replacement both for in house and Sub-Contract.
3. Coordinating external calibration activities of Furnace, Hardness tester, Voltmeter/Ammeter, Dead weight tester, torque wrench calibrator, slip gauges as per the laid down frequency.
4. Planning and arranging for procurement of Capital items.( Getting quotes, preparation of CR, preparation of PR and commissioning of Capital items )
5. Assist in carrying out Fugitive Emission and Helium Leak tests as per customer requirements and coordinating with Third Party inspection agency in offering of valves for FET.
6. Ensuring periodical test of water used for Hydro testing.
7. Carrying out PMI of components as and when required.
8. Maintaining calibration records of test and measuring equipments.
9. Preparation of standard QAP.
10. Do the support work for Assembly DPR based on the situation
