Senior Executive-Business Process & Service Excellence -Quality Excellence

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting Transaction Monitoring as per guidelines defined in the QSD. You will provide feedback to associates based on monitoring results and prepare transaction monitoring reports ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Your role will involve conducting ongoing analysis of quality performance and recommending actions for improvement at the associate/process level. You will update Prompt with performance data to ensure timely and accurate reporting of SLAs. Additionally, you will participate in calibration exercises regularly to ensure consistency in measurement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Transaction Monitoring as per QSD guidelines - Provide feedback to associates based on monitoring results - Prepare transaction monitoring reports and ensure timely and accurate reporting - Conduct ongoing analysis of quality performance and recommend actions for improvement - Update Prompt with performance data for timely and accurate reporting of SLAs - Participate in calibration exercises regularly for consistency in measurement - Work closely with Trainer/SME and Operations team to conduct team huddles - Perform transaction processing as per defined policies and procedures - Coordinate all process improvement initiatives with process Black Belt Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in transaction monitoring and quality performance analysis - Strong understanding of policies and procedures related to transaction processing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Certification or training in quality monitoring and process improvement would be a plus Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting Transaction Monitoring as per guidelines defined in the QSD.
