As a Key Account Manager & Business Development in the International Trade Division of the company, your primary role will revolve around international sales. To excel in this position, you should hold a qualification of BE in Mech/Prod/Auto/Metallurgy and an MBA in Marketing, with a minimum work experience of 5 years. Your key responsibilities will include driving New Business Development by focusing on growing the business in existing accounts, irrespective of the product family. It will be crucial for you to maintain a healthy pipeline of RFQs and effectively convert them into actual business at an acceptable conversion rate. Market research will also be a significant aspect of your role, requiring a close understanding of technology changes in reference to environmental norms and regulations. Collaboration with OEM Engineering for decision-making on entering different technologies to align with future requirements will be essential. In terms of Business Finalization, you will be responsible for contract negotiation, formulation, and finalization, as well as establishing pricing mechanisms that include RM and other cost escalation recovery. As the Business Development Manager, having technical know-how for vehicle applications and a deep understanding of products will be preferred. Moreover, your role will encompass Sales functions, where you will serve as the first point of contact for queries across various functional areas. Managing aspects such as Supply Chain, Demand in line with SOB, Finance to ensure a healthy cash flow, and maintaining Quality Performance Scores including PPM and Delivery Performance will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in addressing quality issues and liaising with central management activities. In Program Management and New Product Development (NPD), you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition from TR to PPAP right through Series establishment. Adherence to PPAP and Development Timelines, sustained achievement of sales targets, continuous improvement in productivity, and self-skill enhancement in the use of digital technology are key areas where you will focus your efforts.,

Job Overview The Supplier Quality Engineer is the primary point of contact between SAESI(MRO) and its suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors; he/she is responsible for the qualification and surveillance of the suppliers, contractors, and sun-contractors capabilities and compliance, as well as monitoring of their quality performance; he/she works directly with SAESIs incoming inspection personnel in order to communicate non-conformities detected to the suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors via Supplier Discrepancy report(SDR), the he/she follows up the root cause analysis and resulting actions until closure. Role & responsibilities 1) Validate first article compliance in accordance with quality specifications, and authorities requirements per internal instruction Capability Evaluation and First Article Approval. 2) Ensure that lists related to suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors approval process are up to date 3) Manage surveillance audit plan for suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors 4) Follow-up actions resulting from audits of suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors. 5) Develop quality assurance and lead continuous improvement efforts 6) Monitoring evaluation of approved vendors, update Compliance Monitoring Manager about any deviation in the Supplier quality System Preferred candidate profile 1. AME Diploma or Graduate from Supply chain management with at least 5 years of relevant exp. is essential. 2. Qualified as Lead auditor from ISO 9001 : 2015/ AS 9120 / ISO 17025 3. Experience from Aviation domain, preferably from MRO sector 4. Working knowledge of CAR 145/EASA part 145 and FAA part 145. 5. Knowledge of quality standards such as Lean Six Sigma tools, AS 912

*Implement quality improvement initiatives to address inefficiencies and improve outcomes. *Maintain adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. *Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement. *Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI). *Collaborate with regulatory bodies for inspections, certifications, and audits. *Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and safety metrics. *Organize training programs for staff on quality assurance, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). *Build awareness and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement among employees. *Provide guidance to teams on compliance with quality standards and patient-centered care practices. *Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify service gaps and drive corrective actions. *Implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline workflows. *Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. *Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, patient safety, and risk management for senior management. *Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including policies, audits, and incident reports. *Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute quality improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
