Job Description

As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales at Coastal Insurance, your role involves business development and managing the existing client base for General Insurance Products. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include: - Sales Planning: - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities. - Client Relationship Management: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients. - Conducting regular client visits and meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. - Business Development: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. - Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Role Expectations: - Graduation is a MUST. A Masters degree is a plus. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of experience in handling General Insurance Products. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services. In the stages of the interview process, you will go through initial screening by the HR department, F2F screening by the Associate Director & Technical Video with Executive Vice President (Sales), any assignment given if need be, and a final discussion with the Director & Promoter of CIBPL.
