Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Ocean Export

Role Overview: As a member of the PSA BDP team, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of Export shipments, including Invoicing and Costing. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided regarding their shipments. Your experience in handling DG shipments will be valuable as you collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet all shipment requirements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining compliance with customs regulations and export laws. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end process of Export shipments, including Invoicing and Costing - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information - Handle DG shipments and ensure timely and accurate shipment execution - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet all shipment requirements - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and relevant policies - Maintain data in shared folder and prepare/ review export documentation - Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders for smooth clearance and transport of goods - Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams - Responsible for sending DSR and reviewing shipments periodically - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - 7 years of demonstrated experience in Freight forwarding and Logistics operations - MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics from a licensed educational institution - High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
