Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in preparing the risk-based annual audit plan for the organization.
Conduct audits in line with professional standards and guidelines of IIA and ICAI.
Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective training and development.
Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of audit procedures.
Track open items from audit reviews, follow up with auditees, perform testing, and update status accordingly.
Finalize and release audit reports post-review and discussion with stakeholders.
Maintain and update audit documentation, checklists, and plans.
Update audit management system (Pentana) regularly with accurate records.
Build and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist in preparing Audit Committee Meeting (ACM) decks and other reports for senior management.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 1to 3 years of post-qualification work experience.
Prior experience in the
healthcare sector
will be an added advantage.
Background with
Big 4 firms (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte)
preferred.

Qualifications:
