Job Description

Role & responsibilities

GST Compliance:

Preparation and filing of
monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
and
annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C)
.
Ensure timely reconciliation of GST input credit and outward liability.
Handle GST-related queries and maintain necessary documentation for audit purposes.

TDS Management:

Oversee
deduction and timely deposit of TDS
.
Ensure
accurate TDS return filings
and issue of TDS certificates.
Monitor changes in TDS rules and ensure system/process compliance.

Income Tax Filings:

Prepare and file
Income Tax Returns (ITRs)
for the organization.
Assist with computation of advance tax and other IT obligations.

Audit Assistance:

Support
statutory, internal, and tax audits
by preparing required documentation and coordinating with auditors.
Respond to audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.

Notice & Litigation Handling:

Manage responses to
GST notices and Income Tax notices
.
Work with legal and finance teams to draft replies, prepare data, and ensure representation as needed.

RERA Compliance:

Handle filing and documentation related to
RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
regulations applicable to the companys projects.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain tax records and ledgers with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare MIS reports related to tax liabilities and filings.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 Years of experience in Accounting, taxation, GST filing, GST Returns, and Rera Compliance

CA Final G1/G2/IPCC, M.com/MBA in Finanace
