Job Description

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

GST & Statutory Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns including
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-9 & 9C
.
Perform
GSTR-2B reconciliation
,
ITC un-availed reconciliation
, and
RCM working
.
Manage GST-related tasks such as
E-Way Bills, E-Invoices, Export-6A, Export IGST working
, and
GST audit support
.
Ensure timely
monthly closing
related to GST compliance.

2.ROC & Company Law Compliances

Assist in preparing and filing ROC-related documents such as
Board Resolutions, Directors Reports, MBP-1, Minutes, CSR documentation, XBRL reports, MSME returns
, and other statutory compliances.

3.Accounting Entries & Ledger Management

Enter and verify
purchase, sales, export sales
,
credit notes
,
debit notes
,
journal vouchers (JVs)
, and
monthly MSME & GST-related payment details
.
Perform
bank reconciliation
,
ledger reconciliation
, and ensure accuracy across books of accounts.

4.Finalization of Accounts

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com
or equivalent degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
Additional certifications like
Tally, SAP, GST Practitioner
, or
Advanced Excel
will be an advantage.

Experience

3 to 5 years
of experience in Accounting, GST Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
Experience in
manufacturing, export, or trading companies
will be preferred.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software
.
