Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to lead our Accounts Finalisation team in Gurgaon and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the accounts finalisation process for timely and accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
Develop and implement processes to improve accounting efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 23 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, with a focus on UK accounting principles.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in preparing VAT returns and other financial reports.
