Senior Equities & Derivatives Dealer

As a seasoned Senior Equities & Derivatives Dealer for our esteemed client, a SEBI-registered Stock Broking firm established in 1997 and a Member of various Stock Exchanges, you will be responsible for executing equity and derivative trades for institutional clients such as insurance companies and mutual funds. Your deep understanding of market dynamics and compliance standards will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute equity and derivative trades efficiently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth trade execution and client satisfaction. - Provide real-time market insights and execution strategies to clients and internal research/sales teams. - Monitor market movements, liquidity, and order flow to achieve optimal execution results. - Ensure all trades are executed in strict compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal regulatory norms. - Maintain accurate records of trades and client interactions for audit and compliance purposes. - Collaborate with back-office, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure smooth trade settlements. Skills Required: - Minimum 6 years of dealing experience in equities and derivatives, with a proven track record of executing trades for institutional clients. - Strong understanding of market structures, trading platforms (ODIN, NOW, NSE NEAT), and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-value transactions efficiently. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Economics. - NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series VII (SORM) Certifications. - MBA (Finance) or CFA qualification preferred.,
