As a key player in this role, you will lead a team of analysts on a global scale, focusing on fine-tuning and evaluating trade surveillance models. Your responsibilities will include improving the accuracy and effectiveness of these systems through meticulous model tuning, back-testing, and staying updated on regulatory changes, trading strategies, and market dynamics. Requirements: - University or higher degree with at least 8 years of experience in trade surveillance systems and trading operations, with expertise in futures, commodity, equity trading, and surveillance methodologies. - Proficiency in stakeholder management, qualitative and quantitative analysis of trade surveillance systems, and conducting thorough back-testing to validate system performance. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data for making informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
