Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Infoblox, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to customers and partners. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing and analyzing problems, and offering effective solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. This fast-paced environment will require you to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support for Infoblox customers and partners - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues - Document knowledge through knowledge-based tech notes and articles - Recommend enhancements to application and systems functionality - Install and configure Infoblox products and third-party software for support lab testing - Support a 24x7x365 organization through rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities Qualifications Required: - 18+ months of experience in remote technical support, systems administration, or network administration - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols - Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and related technologies - Proficiency in Microsoft/Linux operating systems is desirable - Understanding of L2 and L3 devices - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Analytical and organizational abilities - Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Infoblox offers a comprehensive benefits package that covers health, wealth, and wellness, in addition to a positive work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
