About the Role:

Senior Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers working on cutting-edge AI/ML or PaaS products.
  
• Drive technical strategy, system architecture, and design decisions across teams.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and DevOps teams to deliver intelligent and scalable solutions.
  
• Ensure high standards of software quality, security, and performance.
  
• Own end-to-end project delivery and manage engineering timelines and resource planning.
  
• Champion engineering excellence, best practices, and agile development culture.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in engineering leadership roles.
  
• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML platforms or PaaS solutions.
  
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
  
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, MLOps, or platform engineering best practices.
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience with distributed systems, data engineering, or microservices architecture is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, or Kubeflow.
  
• Experience in high-growth startup or product-based companies.
