Senior Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers to deliver high-quality services and APIs for AI/ML pipelines or developer platform tools.
  
• Define technical strategy and contribute to architecture decisions for scalable backend systems.
  
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps, Product Managers, and DevOps to build and deploy AI-driven or platform services.
  
• Ensure engineering best practices in code quality, testing, observability, and deployment.
  
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, and roadmap alignment across cross-functional teams.
  
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of software engineering experience with 3

  + years

  in a leadership/management role.
• Strong backend development experience (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, or Ruby).
  
• Experience with

  microservices architecture

  ,

• Familiarity with
