Senior Engineer Tech Operations

The Senior Engineer will lead IT operations, maintenance, and mentor junior engineers. You will be responsible for managing technical operations engineers by providing guidance and reviews. Developing and implementing strategies for system reliability and performance will be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure. Collaborating with teams for seamless system deployment and integration is essential. Incident response management, root cause analysis, and incident reviews will also fall under your purview. Driving automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency is a crucial part of the role. You will be required to prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you must have a B.Tech / B.E degree in CS, IT, or ECE with 7-12 years of experience. Demonstrating expertise in scripting languages and automation tools, applying in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, and utilizing experience with cloud platforms and services are essential skills.
