The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering innovative product features that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. You will thrive in an agile environment, acting as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feature and Requirement Definition:
- Lead the definition of feature-level requirements and detailed lower-level requirements using agile methodologies (e.g., user stories, epics, acceptance criteria).
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product backlog items.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Business Collaboration & Specification Clarification:
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Proactively engage with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Clarify and elaborate on specifications, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of product functionality and scope.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Agile Product Lifecycle Management:
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage product releases, including communication, training, and post-launch support.
- Market & User Understanding:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Manage expectations and build consensus among diverse groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree or equivalent experience a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile development environment.
- Proven experience in defining feature-level and lower-level requirements (e.g., writing user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Jama, Confluence, Asana, Azure devops).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Health care systems, medical devices, Billing domains.
- Experience with handling technical requirements w.r.t cloud architecture, Platform services, sensors, API integrations and so on.
- Experience with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
