Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-Delivery Inspection Delivery.
  
• Develop and Prepare (when needed) QA plans for Inprocess and Final testing and get it reviewed and accepted by the authorities / customers.
  
• Interaction with CQAE, CMILAC, DGAQA, SSQAG, RNQA for the compliance to the documentation (ATP\MDI\TS\FTP\SOP\QAP\BOM) and to coordinate for QA clearance from them.
  
• BOM\Kitting\Raw martials COC verifications \inspection and verification coordination with Agencies (when needed).
  
• Perform Acceptance Inspection of assemblies/subassemblies received from vendors.
  
• ESS\EMI\EMC\QT\AT\SOFT activities coordination with the certification agencies.
  
• Maintenance of the calibration details and clarences from external agencies for Equipments and test jigs\ verification of calibration details with Sub vendors (ESS\EMI\EMC\QT etc).
  
• Coordination for the collection of the Customer Satisfaction from the customers at Hyderabad.
  
• To manage and perform the SVN configuration management audits.
  
• To perform vendor audits (vendors at Hyderabad when available) and to collect Supplier Performance Reports.
  
• Performing Process Compliance Checks.
  
• Project KPI collection and its Analysis.
  
• Managing Internal Audit Activities.
