As a Senior Engineer (Oracle HCM, OIC & OCI), you will design, build, and support critical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will contribute hands-on expertise in HCM modules, integrations, and security configurations, while leveraging OCI services for scalability and reliability. You will also play a key role in supporting HR operations, payroll integrations, and compliance reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream systems (payroll, finance, compliance).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4 to 7 years
of experience in software engineering or application support, with at least
2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
.
Hands-on experience with
HCM modules
(Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning).
Strong experience with
Oracle HCM integrations
: OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
Exposure to
OCI services
(compute, storage, identity, monitoring).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of
security and IAM in Oracle HCM & OCI
.
Experience with HR compliance reporting and audit controls.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Cloud.
Exposure to Azure or GCP cloud services for hybrid integration scenarios.
Oracle HCM or OCI certifications.
