Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer in Material Management, your main responsibility will be to effectively manage all aspects of supplier order management, schedule and forecast planning, and inventory oversight. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient alignment between suppliers, internal operations, and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize supplier order plans, schedules, and purchase orders to meet production and delivery requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely receipts and adjust orders in response to changes or urgent needs. - Support production by communicating material status, customer order changes, and capacity constraints while driving timely problem resolution. - Monitor supplier delivery performance and oversee procurement operations of direct reportees to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree with 8-10 years of experience in supplier order management, procurement, and manufacturing-related operations. - Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge, with proven expertise in supplier order and procurement processes. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage supplier performance, lead times, delivery reliability, and stock turn. - Fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office, and mandatory exposure to SAP or any ERP system.
