Senior Engineer Maintenance

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Calderys Group, you will be responsible for improving the overall manufacturing process by designing and conducting research programs. You will apply your knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, and materials to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining work standards within the HarbisonWalker Business Systems (HBS) criteria. Your role will involve managing a small plant maintenance force, setting up routine inspections, and interfacing with operations, management, and customers. You will have the opportunity to modify, design, or create new products, tooling, and equipment, while implementing new programs that enhance processes with the maintenance department using Lean manufacturing principles. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a small plant maintenance force and set up routine inspections/performance metrics - Interface with operations, management, and customers - Modify, design, or create new products, tooling, and equipment - Implement new programs that enhance processes with the maintenance department using Lean manufacturing principles - Analyze process efficiencies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline - Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and LEAN Management principles - Proficient in MS Office and CAD/Drafting skills - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Two (2) to four (4) years of industrial manufacturing engineer experience Note: The additional details of the company Calderys Group have been omitted from the job description as per the instructions.,
